Vemma is growing, as it’s revenue has doubled in one year. Currently, Vemma as of 2013, is bringing in about $250 million annually.Vemma pays out HALF of all of its marketing budget out to its brand partners.
BK Boreyko, the CEO of Vemma, feels that word of mouth marketing is the most powerful way to spread the word. Red Bull spends about $900 million on marketing and advertising; Vemma, on the other hand, redistributes those same budgets towards people in the company.
So if Vemma revenues $250 million a year, that means about $125 million are going to be paid out to brand partners. This is how you have people makes 7 figures, 6 figures, and 5 figures a year.
Note: When Vemma hits $1 billion in annual sales, this means that $500 million will be paid out to brand partners.
