Is VEMMA a Pyramid Scheme?

Whenever there’s a non-traditional way for people to generate income, questions follow. Pyramid, ponzi, illegal! They say it’s too good to be true. Let’s dive in to investigate if this specific compensation plan is a sham.
What’s a Pyramid Scheme?
First off, let’s think about this question for a minute: what exactly is a pyramid scheme? Think for a minute…Maybe it means the person on top makes all the money? Is it just some loophole to lose all your money?

A pyramid scheme involves no tangible product or services, and money just travels up the pyramid (meaning the person up top makes more money).
A pyramid scheme is – a transfer of dollars up a chain, with no product or service in mind. Pyramid schemes were especially prevalent in the 80s and 90s, and have become known to the public.

Pyramid Schemes are unsustainable, have no product, and have been exposed.

What Makes Vemma Different From a Pyramid Scheme?
1) The product –  Vemma offers liquid vitamins, protein, energy drinks, and energy shots that people enjoy; in fact, thousands of people simply purchase the product as monthly customers, with just the love of the product in mind.
2) Compensation – In Vemma, brand partners frequently earn more than the person who enrolled them. In a traditional Fortune 500 company: the Chief Executive is the highest up and earns the most. The VPs or other executives report to him and earn less. Middle managers report to those VPs and also earn less…you get the picture. In Vemma, you’re compensated for you efforts and you can earn more than your upline. Pretty cool huh? Tell that to your boss!
3) Pyramid shutdowns – Pyramid Schemes have been exposed and shutdown since the late 90s. The 80s and 90s saw a spike in these, but the FTC have figured out the hoaxes. As of 2013, Vemma generates $200 million in revenue annually. Verve is the official energy drink of the NBA Phoenix Suns and Dr. Oz featured Verve on his TV show. It’s great to question validity of things. Most people who are skeptical of concepts often are smart and successful individuals. Many succssfull brand partners first were skeptical, did their homework, and got on board with Vemma. Vemma is growing and working for thousands of teenagers, adults, and college students.

So VEMMA is NOT a Pyramid Scheme.
Everyone has a right to their own feelings about the compensation plan, but it’s legally not a pyramid scheme, scam, or hoax. Vemma is sustainable, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. We have many profitable brand partners in our downline, and many young people are driving in a BMW paid for by VemmaIf you want to learn more about Vemma or Verve, please reach out to us.
